What is the typical shipping timeframe for a new door?
Standard in-stock doors typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders or specialized finishes may take between 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number and a delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your doors come pre-drilled for handles and locks?
Most of our interior and exterior doors can be ordered with 'pre-hung' options which include pre-drilled bore holes. If you are purchasing a 'slab only' door, it will typically arrive without holes so you can customize the hardware placement on-site.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you notice any transit damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We offer full replacements or refunds for defective products or shipping errors.
Are your wooden doors solid core or hollow core?
We offer both options. Solid core doors provide superior sound reduction and a premium feel, while hollow core doors offer a lightweight, budget-friendly alternative for secondary rooms like closets.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Online Door Store is a specialist supplier; we do not provide direct installation. However, our doors are designed for standard installation practices, and we provide detailed technical sheets that any local contractor or carpenter can follow.
